Week 1 is now in the books. In the last three days I managed to catch a food bug and cold. Unlucky. It’s been a hell of week. With the build up of physicality throughout the week my body was probably more vulnerable to succumb to sickness. Staying healthy can be one of the tougher tasks to keep up with while traveling. Sickness strikes when you least expected. And especially late in tournament you want to perform your best as you are closing in to finish first.
It’s a good thing I’ve got two days to rest up and prepare for week 2 in Korea.
Week 2 here I come….
