It’s been a long last two days in Venezuela, but glad everything has been going smooth. It’s crazy how much of a change each country is once you set foot in it. And as much as you want to adapt and sometimes look like a local and not a tourist everyone knows you are different. And when it comes to Venezuela looking like a tourist is probably not the best thing. Some of the locals have been stressing how dangerous it is to walk at night and if locals are telling you that I think it’s safe to listen to them.
Not to worry though it’s been a safe journey so far and as dangerous as Venezuela is the scenery is very pretty.
As for the tournament, I don’t play till Sunday. An extra day of getting acclimated to the weather and food is always good.
